CabRick Video Productions "Trains and Cabooses in the Northwest"

As a conductor on Canadian Pacific in the late 80's, I realized that with the removal of cabooses in Canada an end of an era was taking place in North American railroading without much fanfare. So I started this series on cabooses to preserve a piece of railroading history on videotape. Naturally, trains do not consist of cabooses alone, so even though that is where my focus lies. Often you will see rare or unusual power, spectacular locations, now extinct branches and structures such as stations, trestles, signals and shops.

Now come along with me and view railroading with the conductor's office in tow.

Now re-edited Volume 6 as well as re-mastered it into digital format, also adding additional footage in the form of a cab ride on the caboose.

The video also includes the sites of the derailment on the Cheakamus bridge as well as the washed out highway and rail bridges at Tisdall before these tragic events occurred.
